Some basic starter tips...

The video below demonstrates arms high, wide and out in front of the body. This early learning technique can be used to aid balance and control directions.
Note: The feet can be used to steady the board and gain recovery from over extending the balance. Practice makes perfection and its easy to learn.

Suggest -Mountain slopes.
( A blue graded  ski-run  for learning is great)

Check with the local mountain ski-lift operators for approval on-to the mountain slopes

Always set leash for a comfortable secure fit.

Start position 90" to slope.  Use the lower foot on the snow to gain balance and control.

Control the direction with arm and upper  body movement.
(Suggest the use of feet on the snow to aid control).

Progress to hold the seat handles and both feet on the board for relaxed control.

Practise body movement and foot pressure for faster  control.

Expect swift progress. Balance can be easier with speed (as long as controlled).

Adjust binding seat position length for added comfort.

The Sit-board is capable for use on all different lift types

User discretion: Always Sit-board safely  within your own control limitations

Always wear a helmet and leash
